After something of a hiatus (some technical woes, v.sorry), we are back in full swing. And what better way to start our new postings than with a little reminder about the amazing BC sardines that show up in local fish markets in the summer. These ones we purchased toward the end of July, if memory serves. Stuffed with cilantro and shallots, wrapped in prosciutto, and ready for the grill. I should also add that these were 50 cents per, which means you are gazing on a whopping $2 worth of fish right here. What is this, 1970? No, wait… there is internet and the even webernet. So I guess that it has to be 1993 at the least. So, a very good deal.
